Physical Trigger Upgrade - Trapped Room (Page 169) - The Trapped Room upgrade to the Physical Trigger should read - "This trigger traps an entire room, up to a 60 ft. cube. You can place any number of Physical Triggers within that room, including making the entirety of the floor, walls, and ceiling a series of pressure plates, if you are so inclined."
Class Progression Table (Page 55) - The Column Header "Martial Arts" should instead read "Slayer Dice"
Epic Spell Lists (Page 102) - These spell lists should include the class associated with the spell list. From left to right, the first column is associated with the Epic Cleric (Ascendant) prestige class. The second column is associated with the Epic Druid (Primordial) prestige class. The third column is associated with the Epic Wizard (Archmage) and Epic Sorcerer (Archon) prestige classes.
Epic Spell: Implosion (Page 110) - In spell description, replace "...you compress your enemy with..." with "...you compress one target within range with..."
The Epic Druid (Primordial)
Evolved Spellcasting Evolution Tree, Tier 3 (Page 31) - "Wish" should be formatted "wish".
The Epic Fighter (Dreadnought)
Class Cover Pages (Page 32) - Should read "The Dreadnought" instead of "The Dreadnaught"
The Epic Warlock (Overlord)
Epic Invocations (Page 79) - Invocations "Blood of the Outsider" and "Sight Beyond Sight" should have a prerequisite of 22nd level, instead of 21st level.
Epic Invocations (Page 81) - Invocation "Rebuking Blast" description should instead read: "You become agoraphobic., You walk hand in hand with the darkness, allowing you to invoke its cunning and duplicity as a unique power. When a hostile creature ends its turn within range of your eldritch blast, you can use your reaction to cast eldritch blast at that creature."
The Epic Monk (Ascetic)
Epic Monastic Tradition - Way of the Sun Soul: Inner Light (Page 44) - Should read "When you restore ki points in any way, you can choose to release a burst of radiance, dealing 1d4 points of radiant damage per ki point regained to all enemies within 30 feet."
Epic Monastic Tradition - Way of the Open Hand: Five Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique (Page 44) - Should end "...Quivering Palm to the target.", removing the "(no saving throw)" text.
(Page 45) - Should include the 30th level ability "Transcendence", with the following description "At 30th level you unlock the ultimate technique in the ways of manipulating Ki, allowing it to flow you effortlessly. At the beginning of your turn, you regain 12 ki points. In addition, as a reaction when you would fail a saving throw, you may spend 6 ki points to succeed instead."
The Epic Wizard (Archmage)
(Page 93). Traumatize spell description. Replace the last two lines, reading "At the end of each of that creature’s turns, the level decreases by 1 until they reach zero insanity. This effect only removes insanity gained by this Epic spell." with the text "At the end of each of the affected creature's turns, the levels of insanity imparted by this spell decreases by one."
