You're invited to join the Cosmic Chronicle, 2CGaming’s updated Patreon with expanded scope and new content. 2CGaming has been developing content for TTRPGs and 5th Edition for more than 5 years. In that time, we’ve learned a lot and have written a ton of books, thanks to the generous support of thousands of project backers and customers. As we continue to grow as a company, our capacity to expand upon our body of work grows with us. This “newspaper” is our way of giving you more content based on our existing worlds. If you love to soar the skies with Dragonflight, square off against villains from Tyrants and Hellions, embark on legendary adventures with Epic Legacy, or face mighty challenges from our Total Party Kill series, then the Cosmic Chronicle has something for you. Accompanying this monthly content are in-character presentations of its elements, assisting DMs and players in integrating our content into your games. What Is the Cosmic Chronicle? This periodical is partially written from the perspective of a team of journalists from Nexus, the City of Legends. This spectacular city is a 2CGaming creation introduced in the Epic Legacy Campaign Codex and serves as a crossroads between the various realms of the multiverse. All are welcome in Nexus—from gods in exile to raucous demons looking for a good pub. This results in a fantastical cultural melting pot unlike any other, consisting of beings from thousands of worlds from all walks of life. Nexus’s unique population makes it the perfect vehicle to present entertaining and flavorful in-character explorations of content. Each periodical of the Cosmic Chronicle makes full use of this premise to discuss its content and bring it to your game table. Using Nexus in your game is not a requirement for this content, but we couldn’t resist the chance to build upon such a beloved setting location. Like a fantasy morning newspaper, there is something for everyone to enjoy. From player options to DM tools, your favorite aspects of 2CGaming content both new and old are receiving continued support through this periodical. The May articles include:

The Hero's Handbook Playtest is here! What’s inside?Inside you'll find all the most important material for playtesting the new and revised Epic Legacy Core rules! This is mostly a focus on character options, as once we have a solid bearing on the power of characters, we can ensure the rest of the system around them functions well. These builds are based off the content found in the Epic Legacy Core Rules, but have undergone significant revisions aiming to ensure balance, quality design, and many more goals. You will find three key components to the document.
What’s ChangedA better question might be what hasn’t changed, but in the interest of helping folks figure out what to look for, we are providing a general list. Inside the packet is a full list of changes. Giving FeedbackAs with every playtest, feedback from the community is essential to the process. We are keen on knowing your thoughts and experiences on the content above. To provide us with your perspective, please reach out to us directly via the 2CGaming Discord #elhh-playtest-feedback channel or via this google form! We will be listening over the next couple of weeks for all your comments and using them to adjust the final product. We may even run a few community playtests ourselves! WHO IS BROTHER YOLO?Not all adventurers are awe-inspiring heroes or dastardly villains. Some are just weird folk who randomly decided to go out and fight some monsters. One such weirdo is the man known as Brother Yolo. Never one to follow the beaten path, Brother Yolo sought tales of creatures so strange they sounded outlandish even in a world of fantasy and magic. Fascinated by stories of such beings, he journeyed to the strangest corners of the multiverse in pursuit of the fantasy equivalent of Sasquatch. Did Brother Yolo succeed? He believes so. The creatures this eccentric unearthed are certainly unusual. Most believe the world is better off not knowing, but Brother Yolo doesn’t care. He published this guide anyway and wants you to see it.
